Here is where I will post the fitness plan I am going to follow, I will do my best to describe in detail the reasoning behind what I have chosen. Remember, if you are planning on starting a fitness plan always speak to a professional first! Everyone is different and requires different attention.
Update (april 12/2011)
Ok, so my initial plan was to run a half marathon, but since having "chickadee" I have discovered that my ligaments have become loose enough for my ankle to start hurting when I bounce so in order to not compromise my ankle joints I am scraping that goal and moving on to some mini goals.
Mini Goal #1 Run 5K
Start Date: April 13th 2011
Goal Completion Date: June 1st (approx. 1 1/2 months)
Plan: I will be running 3 days per week with either the baby in a jogger or my dog
Week one: Walk 5 mins, run 5, walk 5
Weight Training: I will be doing 2 sets of 10 of the following
90* Squats
Tricep Push Ups
Sit Ups
Dead Lifts with 3lb Weights
Mini Goal #2 Complete a Spartan Race
(a spartan race is basically a crazy ass 5k that involves jumping over fire, climbing walls, swimming under things etc etc basically channeling your inner Gerard Butler via 300 minus the cape.... well I suppose you COULD have a cape.)
Goal Completion Date: July 3rd 2011

The Masterpiece
This little baby has become the stuff of legend amongst my kickboxing class. Written originally for a friend who was convinced she couldn't lose weight I have decided to implement it into my workouts. The Masterpiece was created to be 5 months in length and frankly I don't have the time to sit down and write that many weeks out at once so I will be posting it week by week. I know there will be a lot of people watching for those posts.
